Information we collect

The Tambola app requires no sign-up and works offline, so we do not collect your name, phone number or email to play. We may receive limited, non-identifying technical data such as device type, app version and crash logs to keep the app stable. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share.

If you choose to give us your email address — through our contact form, newsletter, or a game waitlist — we store it only to reply to you or to notify you about the thing you signed up for, such as a game launch. We never sell your email or share it for marketing by others, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Advertising

Tambola has no ads. Some other games may show ads — for example, Sopaan offers an ad-supported free tier with an optional ad-free upgrade. Where ads appear, we use trusted advertising partners such as Google AdMob, which may process limited device and usage data to serve and measure ads under their own privacy policies. Games without ads do not load these partners.

Purchases

If you buy an optional in-app upgrade or subscription, the payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your card or banking details — the app stores act as the billing provider and handle that data under their own policies. We may receive confirmation of a purchase so we can unlock the feature you bought.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you — such as an email you gave us — by emailing contact@playday.in. We will action your request promptly.

How we use information

We use this limited information only to operate and improve our games and website — fixing bugs, understanding which features are used, and responding to your messages. We never sell your data.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers such as the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store and privacy-respecting analytics. These services process data under their own privacy policies. Our website may use analytics to measure traffic in aggregate.

Children's privacy

Our games are family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Data security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect any data we process. Because gameplay happens on your device, most of your activity never leaves your phone.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
